OUR METHOD

It’s easy to love STEM — Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics — if you understand its most fascinating secrets. Imparting these secrets using methods that are highly engaging, age-appropriate and fun is the key. The Chicago Pre-College Science and Engineering program (ChiS&E) has just that key – a special team-building approach that fosters collaboration between parents and teachers. Fostering these collaborations involves providing them with tools and experiences to, in turn, collaborate with K-9 Chicago Public Schools students in hands-on science and engineering activities.
