ChiS&E makes STEM real and relative to children by relating its powers to actual work that people do daily – careers encompassing engineering, computer science, and the like. Our young scientists participate in 3-hour sessions each year, mainly on Saturdays, in facilities at University of Illinois at Chicago, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and The Museum of Science and Industry.
